Contacting Artist Via Deviantart.

here are the links to the images i like and have attempted to contact the artist asking them relevant questions.

http://www.deviantart.com/art/Untitled-419805878 i didnt find the response that helpful within my project but i do like the effect however i tried to find the effect on photoshop and i didnt know where about in the program it was so i moved on to develop another image and not waste my time when theres so many other options i can go into.

This is the result I got after I added the same layer onto a photograph of Anthony. 

After I added the effect onto the image I decided to erase the effect from the background I did this to make the effect more noticeable. I also added another filter to the background to give the image an alternative feel.
